Since 2005, the Bologna Cooking School with Carlo Alberto “Big Carlo” is a reference for learning the cucina tradizionale bolognese.
We took a break to update our lessons and present a much more accessible and wider culinary offer, now only online.
In the meantime, both our passion for good food and for our traditional specialties, as well as the pleasure of being able to pass on our knowledge remained the same.
